6 years agoThanks for adding that. Lets try some steps:
- Free up some hard drive space, aim for 32GB+ free
- Temporarily disable your antivirus software
- Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Hi again!
On the game installation drive (HDD), I have around 250 gb of unused storage space, it should not be an issue.
I disabled my antivirus software and Firewall and clean booted my PC with the help of the links that you provided, but it made no difference (I still get a brief black screen and a crash to desktop).
Maybe the game installation is corrupted?
EDIT: When I disable Origin, the game does not force close and I do not get a black screen, but still does not launch (screenshot attached)
EDIT2: I am reinstalling the game, maybe it will help
EDIT3: Did not help, having the same problem
