Need For Speed Carbon Patch 1.4

Hi! Can someone give me a working site that has the original 1.4 patch for Need For Speed Carbon? Thank you!

Is this for the standard version of Carbon or for the collector's edition? I kept a copy of the collector's edition patch (dated May 7, 2007) here:
