need for speed.exe has stopped working

i bought the game yesterday and it was running fine then today when i try to start it i keep getting need for speed.exe has stopped working and ive tried repairing it ive uninstalled and then reinstalled still same problem and my specs are

i5 6600k

msi gaming m5 board

16gb ddr4 ram

sapphire hd7970 radeon 3gb video card

any help is appreciated

    It will be helpful if we could see some more info on the game crashes, these will be logged by the Windows Reliability Monitor:

    Click the start button, search for Reliability, open View Reliability History, in the graph click on the most recent X symbol that corresponds to the NFS crash, in the details below right click the event and 'view technical details', copy and paste that info here please.

    First, check that your video drivers are up to date.

    Next, try running Origin as an Administrator and then start the game. If you start the game via desktop shortcut then try right clicking it and run as Administrator.
