You seem to have three display devices attached, is the third one a mobile device via third party hardware or software or something similar?

Disconnect the second and third displays and retry playing.

It is probably worthwhile running System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

You might also run your video driver setup again and choose custom/advanced install, then select 'clean install' while also deselecting optional components such as 3D and Geforce Experience.

Performing a 'clean boot' before playing will also help to eliminate issues: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

No I have only 2 displays attached? hmm..

I am running cryptocurrency mining software on 2nd GPU while I play on 1st, dont know if that might cause the issues? I have no issues with other games.. so dont know.. will try and turn off mining completely while playing...

 Nope, turning off mining did not help... still freezes... :/

Are you using any motherboard utilities supplied with your hardware?

Are you overclocking your CPU or GPU?

No, I am not using any utilities.. I am using BIOS and MSI Afterburner for overclocking.. and I am running like this for months with all kind of games (even streamed them)..

I was not aware that there are new drivers for my audio interface, updated it now and will try it out, hopefully it fixed the issue, it not I will reduce my GPU overclock to default and try again..

Will report back if any of those fixed freezing.. Thanks for your help! 🙂
