Need for Speed Heat Autoradio Music

The autoradio in Need For Speed Heat is good but I’m playing every day (4-8hours) since couple of weeks.   So now I am listening to Spotify. But I cannot do STREAMING while playing Spotify Music...

Sorry, i fear I misunderstood the question.

Do you mean streaming to Twitch/Youtube? In that case, sorry we don't have any control over copyrighted music restrictions on streaming platforms.
