Need for speed Heat Can’t remove wraps or paint any car

In Need for speed Heat : issues with the Paint & Wrap in the game garage My Wraps can’t delete any of them in the game.!! 1/100 Max limit  I am maxed out at 100 I can not delete or remove or paint over or add new wraps to any car or any new car I buy in the in the game i can’t delete old wraps from cars or players library or even download anything new from the Community when I go to delete wraps it says select a Delete X which is darken and I can’t click on it in the game It’s unhighlighted left thumb stick  toggle selected car wraps Y player option and B back 

any advice will be useful player option on it shows the creator of the wraps and you can add their gamer to your profile here’s a little bit about my end I have 127 cars in my garage 100 max reps I can’t delete playing on PC or a laptop and also on origin games with a Xbox controller It should be a file in there on the computer library in my documents that can delete the wraps I just can’t find it or files like that concerning the game need for speed Heat vinyl and wraps
