Need For Speed: Heat causes computer to randomly Reset

The game causes the computer to restart after playing 5-45min. Measures I have taken include updating windows, updating drivers, monitoring temperatures and voltages (nothing overheating, no unusual voltages), reinstalling the game, running stress tests (Furmark & Prime95 w/ no resets or crashes), checking the event viewer the only error shown is "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." I have adjusted graphic settings to low and changed AMD software to ECO and Low. This is the only game causing this issue; I have tested GTA5, Hogwarts Legacy, Minecraft, PoE2, The Ascent, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Final Fantasy XV, and Throne and Liberty, all of which run without resets and for extended periods (1 hours+). I have tried Fullscreen, Windowed, and Borderless modes. Fullscreen mode causes fewer restarts, Windowed mode causes the fastest resets, and Borderless mode falls in between. Any assistance from EA would be greatly appreciated.
