Need for Speed Heat graphic driver error

Need for Speed Heat graphicss driver update.

I downloaded Need for Speed Heat for my ASUS intel laptop, but when i try to run the game, it gives me an error saying that my graphic drivers need an update and the recommended drivers are of xxx 15.4251. I already have the latest version of the grpahic drivers, but the game still gives me the error message and when i try to play, it just crashes without giving any error. I not sure what else I can do since i already update the drivers. My PC specs are:

Manufacturer:  ASUSTek Computer Inc.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz 1.99GHz

Installed Memory (RAM): 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)

System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

I need to know why the game wont work with the updated drivers

@__bryte490 ah fingers crossed. Cause I am out of options. Directx shadercache cleanup maybe? Rightclick your harddrive > proppeeties > disk cleanup > only tick the directx shadercache and clean it up.

  • @adlerisawsome try to update the drivers manually by searching the latest drivers available from intel. You can also use the dectection tool from intel if windows update reverts them back for you. Intel drivers are mostly tied to your OEM which honestly sucks. You can also use DDU to remove the drivers so you can install them back again. And if everything failed try to uninstall the game and download it again.
  • I also encountered the same problem and tried manual updating but it didn't work, I also tried the intel driver assistant but it still didn't help and finally I uninstalled it and installed it again but the problem still persists so I'm try the DDU and see, hope it works ʘ‿ʘ
