Need for Speed Heat has no sound. I can't hear any of the gameplay. Why is this an issue please fix or I want a refund on the game.

I have tried everything and in the end this method worked for me which i am going to tell you
1 Sound > Playback > Speakers > Configure > Stereo > tick Left and Right
2 Sound > Playback > Speakers > Properties > Enhancements > tick Virtual Surround
Have you gotten any response back about this problem, i’m having it too and i just baught the bundle pack for the black friday sale... i’m having no audio on the xbox with NFS RIVALS, NFS, and NFS HEAT
Still an issue in 2023. This is BS. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and even leaving all sound except speech off and still hear nothing.
