Need for speed heat is not saving my career progress

Need for speed heat is not saving my career progress, always starting from 0. can anyone help me ?

@Alexchan67 they told me in the EA Help Chat that they are aware of this problem and that they are working on it.. no ETA

      I experienced this today and lost 9 hours of game. Happened 2 times. Already April 2020 and still no update?
