Need for Speed Heat not launching properly (black screen, sound only)

Hello,

I recently installed Need for Speed Heat on Steam, but I am experiencing an issue when launching the game.

When I start the game, it goes into fullscreen mode, I can hear the sound playing, but the screen remains black. After a few seconds, the game closes or returns back.

OS: Windows 11

CPU: Intel i9-14900K

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti

Game launches

Fullscreen activates

Only sound is playing

No image (black screen)

Then the game exits automatically

I am unable to get into the game at all.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?
