Need for Speed Heat PS5 stuck on Connecting to EA

I recently purchased Need for Speed Heat Deluxe Edition on my PS5 and everytime I launch the application I get stuck on connecting to EA. My internet is working fine if anyone is wondering every game on my PS5 is playable except NFS HEAT even FIFA 21 works. I have also tried uninstalling the game and redownloading it still doesn't work either. Tried rebooting my WiFI too even though I know it's not the problem considering my WiFi works fine on other games.

    I experienced the same problem as you are. Now I have to disconnect my wifi first with PS5 just to get into the single game.

    Also happening to me on ps4 and i checked guide lines and tried everything they said... Nothing works

    Try signing in with ea account link to your Playstation account by simply with your mobile phone 

    step 1 :- log in to Ea account with  your mobile 

    step 2:- link your psn account to Ea 

    start the game …it worked for me 

    if it works for you it’s fun

    Tried this, not working.

    I created the account on mobile and then used the email address to login. 

    Screen froze as soon as I hit submit.
