Need For Speed Heat Rep bug

My rep is saying I'm a level 10 at top of the screen, even though game has told me in a level 14. Ive tried deleting game & re installing it to no success, the issue still remains. I'd really appreciate if someone can help me with this issue...

contacted EA & there representative told me that either my data folder had been moved or I had corrupted data, as a last resort it dawned on me to go to the day events & then go back to garage & see if that helped and it did, not sure if this would work for others but it did me..
