Need for speed heat. Stuck on title screen.

Product: Need for Speed Heat
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug Can not get passed the title screen when game first loads up, it says press x to start but nothing happens. Could someone help please.
What car were you using? None
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? None
Was it a day or a night event? Day Event
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? N/a
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't play the game.
What do you expect to see? A working game

Nothing to show. It is just the title screen playing before you go into online or solo play

    go to system settings network go to Mac address clear console will reboot keep controller wired problem solved

    Are you guys going to fix this ? Is there any answers to this my game is still stuck as well.

    As per the message posted on page 2 by Kinstable, go to settings, network settings, advanced settings, alternate mac address, clear, let it restart and then will load ok, or should do, worked for me
