Need for Speed: Heat

Unable to reach a performance rating of 400(+). All of my cars have ultimate plus parts installed and I have the Konigsegg Regera as well and they all have a rating of 399. I don't know what the problem may be and have no answers found on the web about this topic. I have the standard version.
