Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered doesn't launch

Hello,

I recently bought NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered on Steam, but when I try to play the game, the .exe runs in the background, however after a minute or so it stops and the EA app comes up. Sometimes the EA app crashes too.

I tried:
- Reinstalling
- Verifying game cache
- Reinstalling EA app
- Clearing EA app cache

- Updating drivers
- Disabling fullscreen optimizations, starting the game with -windowed launch option

Here is a screenshot of a try. The game runs in the background but you can't see it's icon on the taskbar.

Please help me resolve this problem.

    Hello Anyone, who wanders here.

    I managed to fix the problem by doing the below steps and shutting down my pc for a day or so. Don't know what fixed it actually, maybe it was an internal error with the EA app.
