Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered (FIX?)

So the game on my system works fine Win11,
But on my friends PC (Win10) it does not, the game has been bought through EA App.

I have gone thru the following steps located in the devisssue.txt

I have also done /sfc scan and DISM Online option thru CMD as Admin,
i have attached also the report from the event viewer.
Then as a last resort we have create a Windows local account and still couldn't get access to the game!
I honestly can't believe that this issue is on multiple PC's, This is EA's bug to fix.
a 2010 game that has been remastered in 2020, and yet no fixes.
Deleted and edited the document/nfssave11 config to multiple options to make it start.
in advanced launch option tried ( -safemod -dx11 -dx9 -noborder -windowed )
The event viewer said it was a memory access issue. even tho other games work perfectly fine.
