Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered not launching

This situation kept happening for a month.I've tried several answers to the glitch, searched from ea answers hq and steam community, but unfortunately they didn't work. when i click to start the gam...

Hi @vembw, I wanted to check I see you have the RTX graphics and intel Xe Graphics. Can you confirm via Nvidia, and Windows settings your using the Nvidia card?

so what should i do next @EA_Illium ?
i verified the game file by steam, reinstalled the game.

Tried using origin to launch the game but there is still no progress.

so i think it's not ea app or origin causing the problem, so i switched back to ea app.

is there a file or program that conflicts with the game?

    Hi @vembw, Apologies to confirm do you have both Origin and the EA app installed on your device?

    Origin has been retired and replaced with the EA app so we would want to uninstall it and only use the EA app.

      the origin and ea app are not in my pc at the same time.

      they are tested separately. I only use 1 of them. @EA_Illium 

      There's ea app in pc now.
