Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered

I'm playing this game on switch now.
Recently, I want to play on PC, but what happens to my save data?

    Hi @ShrineMiko0307 NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered does not offer a cross-save feature, so if you move to a different platform your progression/saves will not carry over.
