Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered

I recently purchased Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered for Nintendo Switch and every time I check the enable cross play box, the game crashes. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

    That's great to hear @tschaves, I imagine that it's a permissions issue that hopefully they will be able to get sorted for you.

Hey @tschaves I would recommend reinstalling the game again to see if you continue to see the same error message.

Hey @EA_Darko thanks for the reply. I’ve already tried that 3 times, the problem persists.

It keeps persists no matter if the game is saved on console's memory or sd card. Already sent message to both Nintendo and EA. EA replied and actually tried to help but Nintendo is totally ignoring me.

Do you have any other ideas?
