@LNG30000 NFS Hot Pursuit 2010 Remastered does have open world. You are free to cruise all of Seacrest County at your own pace with no cops disrupting your drive.
No challenges, races, collectibles whatsoever in free roam. Just you, your car, and the road (as well as some traffic cars).
- @LNG30000 You can play in free roam mode, but only in SP and in testdrive mode. If you play the campaign then you will allways return back too map after race\pursuit,if you want too patrol as a cop in free roam. Then there is another game that is similar too this, its called Rivals in that game you can chase race in free roam both online and offline.
