Need for Speed Hot Pursuit (Xbox 360) - Bug report
Following the guide for report a bug:
- the product code - Need for Speed Hot Pursuit (Xbox 360 version)
- your username - Piyi Piyi
- the date and time that you noticed the bug - Friday, November 3, 2023 at 1:00 PM GMT+1
- your device type - Xbox 360 (The one that doesn't have an integrated Wi-Fi)
- any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried (like restarting your device)
I did everything that a member of the community team told me (Do a full power cycle), except 1 thing (trying to connect from a hotspot because my Xbox doesn't have integrated Wi-Fi). I played on different days and a different time, but that doesn't solve the issue. I also asked a friend that tried to connect to the servers (and he lives on USA) and he couldn't.
Issue:
Autolog doesn't connect to EA servers. It doesn't matter if you live on Europe or America, the time that you try to connect and if you use an ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.
Every time that I start playing, the game shows that can't connect to Autolog. After that brief moment, every time that I try again the message is so fast than I can't read about Autolog, but it's obviously the problem. Obviously doing a power cycle or restarting the router doesn't solve anything.
And I'm not the only one. Other players had the same problem, so the problem is from the servers.
