Hi,
Based on the 5003 error that you've provided I found a helpful post from another users that managed to resolve the issue:
Note that I've seen this issue before with users who were on an unstable mobile internet. Try switching to your local wi-fi, or instead to mobile data to see if that makes a difference.
Hi,
I finally got it working and I'm having a blast playing this game! 🙌
Thanks for your help, you have been very helpful!
Thanks again!

Hi,
Thanks for letting me know. Glad to hear that your are back into the game and having a blast.. 🙂
Last question from my end: anything specific on your end that got the game working suddenly? Your answer might help future players encountering the same problem.
Have a nice weekend,

I don't know if this will work for others but if it does then I'm glad I could help future players.
What I remember is that after multiple tries and fails I finally give up but I shut down my device yesterday (because I was tired) and today when I started my device back up I went on the app to see if it would come on and to my surprise it did! But I'm not sure if its because I did a safe reboot and then waited a while. If the following method doesn't work then try rebooting the device and as soon as the home screen comes on then go on to NFS straight away.
I hope I explained it well! And I wish the best of luck of trying this to other and future players who come across this problem.
Thanks!

Hi,
I know from experience that if you turn off your device and immediately turn it on again that sometimes the memory isn't cleared properly. It is indeed a wise choice to wait at least several minutes.
I do hope your tips help other players!
