I am not aware of an issue where your backed-up game would cause issues in the game UI not responding.
Is there possible a separate device we can test your account on?

I have tried all your suggestions to correct this problem. The main menu still does not respond, and I am forced to go through back doors to play races. I would love to buy gold and purchase your items, but the game locks when I try to do it. I’m getting fed up, and frankly will probably quit soon, as it is too frustrating. I have reset my device several times, and the problem persists. Can you reset my account, keeping my progress in the game?

No menu item responds. I have finally been able to try Need for Speed No Limits on another IPad and the same issue remains. This problem started with an update to the iPad IOS and I am sure you are aware I cannot go back to previous versions of IPad IOS. You asked me to try the game on another device and the problem remains. It is clearly an issue with the game not being compatible with the current iPad version. I am currently on IOS 18.0 and continue to have no response from the main menu items.

I am facing exactly same issue. The game nfs no limits home page items do not work. I can only go to the games with upper left menu and daily tasks. When i click on the home page items like special events, it plays the click sound but does not go through loading next screens.
Device is samsung note20 android 13.
I tried connecting with different vpn or clearing the 50mb cache. Nothing helped

I signed out of that auto sync feature. (After syncing my last game progress ) closed and relaunched the game and now main menu items started working!

To confirm which model iPad are you currently using?
