Need for speed main menu not responding

I have tried all your suggestions to correct this problem. The main menu still does not respond, and I am forced to go through back doors to play races. I would love to buy gold and purchase your items, but the game locks when I try to do it. I’m getting fed up, and frankly will probably quit soon, as it is too frustrating. I have reset my device several times, and the problem persists. Can you reset my account, keeping my progress in the game?
No menu item responds. I have finally been able to try Need for Speed No Limits on another IPad and the same issue remains. This problem started with an update to the iPad IOS and I am sure you are aware I cannot go back to previous versions of IPad IOS. You asked me to try the game on another device and the problem remains. It is clearly an issue with the game not being compatible with the current iPad version. I am currently on IOS 18.0 and continue to have no response from the main menu items.
I am facing exactly same issue. The game nfs no limits home page items do not work. I can only go to the games with upper left menu and daily tasks. When i click on the home page items like special events, it plays the click sound but does not go through loading next screens.
Device is samsung note20 android 13.
I tried connecting with different vpn or clearing the 50mb cache. Nothing helped
I signed out of that auto sync feature. (After syncing my last game progress ) closed and relaunched the game and now main menu items started working!
Damn. After playing daily special events and some cloud savings... the home page items stopped working again ! So even when im not signed in to google cloud savings... this issue exists!
I recorded this youtube video of the problem so that they see and check what is different from top menu items that work without problem and home page menu that do not work.
This issue is clearly a bug that needs to be fixed. I thought it was my iPad updates but if you have the same issues on an different device. Thank you for reporting the issue.
for my Samsung android device I found a temporary solution, which is going to that gear/settings icon on top right... then signing in to the google account. and again signing out .
closing the game completely . and relaunch the game.
I think it clears a cookie or something that is related to the store. which fixes the issue.
the issue of the main menu will be fixed. till the next time that something tries to connect to the store . or if I accidentally click on the store. again that problem returns.
so with this method you may have access to the home screen menus maybe for a day or 2 ... or simply an hour or so !
at least game will become usable for some time.
