Need for Speed Most Wanted - Autolog Error Code: 193

I changed the email address of my PSN account and then I logged in to my PSN Account for the email change to work and to update and then tried to log into Need for Speed Most Wanted with my origin account, that's when the Auto log Error Code: 193 appeared and the message is as follows:

"You have previously connected to Auto log with a different account.
Please sign in to that account to connect.
If that account was used in error please contact Customer Services."

I logged into my origin account using the web browser (https://www.origin.com/sg-en/account), and checked under "Connected Accounts" and there are was only 1 PSN with the same User ID. I tried searching for a solution in the web but most cases says that I need to contact support.

I hope someone replies with a solution or an adviser takes on my case.

    I have reached out to multiple advisors for the longest time and none of them have fixed this problem to date.

    This is absolutely ridiculous! You guys can't fix an issue as simple with online play. The game tells me to contact customer service, the customer service AKA the advisors tell me to look at forums for community managers to look at and you community managers tell me to go back to advisors. This is just dumb of you to tell me to reach out to an advisor when the advisors can't even help me out. The issue I am having as been solved before in the past by community managers and advisors so this is just really dumb of you to tell me to reach out to an advisor. No wonder EA is hated as a company as they don't even help a customer with their issue because you guys are lazy and don't care.
