Need for Speed Most Wanted (2012): Main Menu Problem

I was playing Need For Speed: Most Wanted (2012) on my PC. Here is the problem - I have enter to open the main menu. And I put "A" to turn left and to go foward and I needed to change it. One thing I didn't notice is that when it is "Enter" to open the Main Menu, I put Enter to close the Main Menu. So when I get to the settings. After I click "Enter" to change the settings, It closes.

                                                                        If anyone knows how to fix this, like deleting files on the computer, please reply.
