Hi @GILLHUHN To confirm have you already checked any AV from stopping NFS or EA App, as well as clearing its cache? (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
If so could we try launching your device in a Clean Boot then launching the game?
I have tried all the things you said to try and I'm getting the same issue. Here is a video of the issue exactly as it happens.

I tried to clear the cache on the EA App that did nothing. I don't even use antivirus on my PC so that shouldn't be it. Every other EA game I have on Steam launches fine I'm only having issues with NFS Most Wanted telling me I don't own the game when I do in fact own the game. I even bought the DLC thinking that could be the issue with no luck.
