Hello!
This is an interesting issue. My kids have their own accounts. Each of them have NFS MW 2012. On our computer the game will launch from one of their accounts, but if we switch accounts to the other one, it won't. Both own the game individually. No bans on record (she's 10....). What is going on here?

EA Staff (Retired)That's part of the problem. There is no error message. Simply nothing happens. I show up in people's steam friend's list as launching the game, but then it never actually launches and the "play" button in steam goes back to being green and just says "play" again. It seems like its crashing or something.

Have you tested that account on another device, to see if it can launch there?
If not, is each account using the same install location, or do you have multiple installations of NFS on the PC?
