Need for Speed Most Wanted (Criterion) Error 193

I've gone through 5 different support agents a day, and none of them helped me solve it. I've not changed the EA account or the Xbox gamertag, and the game still tells me that I've played with a dif...

Hey @SargeCassidy 

Theres a few things we can try if you have not already. 

  1. If you still have a demo version of NFS Most Wanted uninstall it, then try to launch the full game. 
  2. Verify your platform is connected to the correct EA account - You can check here: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index
  3. If your account is connected, try resetting your EA account password at help.ea.com
  4. If possible test a different account on your device to see if the message continues.
