Theres a few things we can try if you have not already.
- If you still have a demo version of NFS Most Wanted uninstall it, then try to launch the full game.
- Verify your platform is connected to the correct EA account - You can check here: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index
- If your account is connected, try resetting your EA account password at help.ea.com
- If possible test a different account on your device to see if the message continues.
