Need For Speed Most Wanted DLC NOT WORKING..PS3 user

After buying , downloading and installing the full expansion dlc pack that i've bought from PlayStationStore. I cant find any dlc packs in the game at all. I've tried to use the dlc cars but it kept on saying go to store. When i click those, it kept appearing that currently there is no downloadable content available. Please try again later. I seriously need help here ! T_T . PS3 user here
