Need for Speed Most Wanted for Ps Vita and Ps3

I have been doing some reading for this game. I have purchased the LE Version for the Ps3, and the complete DLC Bundle for it as well.

I am wondering if since I have already bought the Ps3 version, does it come with a download code for the Vita version?

Secondly, Since I have already purchased DLC for the Ps3, will I be able to use that add-ons content in the Vita version?
