Need For Speed: Most Wanted Latest update available?

Hi,

So I logged into Origin just now, and it automatically started downloading an update to NFS Most Wanted 2012. The update is 463.19MB. Is this the second patch to the game or is this an update just to allow DLC's for the game? If it is a patch, what issues does it fix, and what features will it add (if there are any)?

It's just for the dlc.

It's actually both, but in terms of a patch it doesn't fix much.
