Need for speed most wanted limited edition

I got the nfsmw limited edition and I've put in the unlocks and online pass, the code that comes with the game , and every time I start the game it says storage device containing downloadable content ...

I do own a PS3 but I'm not very clued up on it. Do you have data loss like this with other games or data in general? :/

    Nope first time I'm not sure if its the games online data of maybe the code I got
