Need for Speed Most Wanted (NFS MW) 2012 PS3 Version - Motorhead Licenses

I have a problem regarding Motorhead milestone for the following vehicles (with progression out of 10):
- Aston Martin DBS (Movie Legends Pack): 9/10
- Dodge Challenger SRT8: 8/10
- Ford F-150 SVT Raptor: 9/10
- Ford Mustang Boss 302: 9/10
- Lancia Delta HF Integrale: 9/10
- Marussia B2: 9/10
- Tesla Roadster Sport: 9/10
Even though I earned all (True Fan) license plates and unlocked all non-DLC modifications for cars listed above, I did not get what I deserve, which are the missing Motorhead license plates for those cars. Any solution for that 10 YEARS OLD ISSUE?!
