Need for Speed Most Wanted (NFS MW) 2012 PS3 Version - Panamera S Problem

Peace be upon you!

I cannot equip RAM Chassis modification for my Porsche Panamera S in multiplayer. Despite that I surprisingly unlocked Motorhead license plate for this particular car, paid Terminal Velocity Pack, and got all True Fan license plates including Porsche, the progression of travelling 16 km on oncoming line for it remains zero, and never change. What do I have to do in order to unlock that impossible modification?
