Need for Speed Most Wanted (NFS MW) 2012 PS3 Version - Subtitles Problem

In the single player, the subtitles works fine in everything except when chasing cops. Either I get busted, enter cooldown, initial the pursuit, evade it, or while the pursuit during any event or not, the subtitles are not shown like in the past when I started playing for the first time. It's barely seen and sometimes never in events. How do I fix this problem?

This problem appeared after multiple deletions for the save data in PS3 & game data, and when I shifted from the physical copy (BLES-_____) to the digital version of the game that I bought from PS Store. However, If I launch my hardly-readable disk and re-download everything (game data plus save data), that won't solve the problem.

Additionally, in the past, when I create a new save data, subtitles display in the beginning of the game, the measurement is set to meter units, and subtitles works fine. Now I start the game without subtitles enabled, measurements is set to US unit, and subtitles do not work as before.
