While playing the game and doing nothing specific my game would just randomly freeze. Then the audio would go back to normal and I can continue inputting on the keyboard and I can hear that the audio is changing, except that my screen is frozen. I can pause the game and continue to drive around In game but the effect wouldn't appear on screen. Then, if I quit the game, my screen would stay black and and my PC would stay that way until I reboot it. It doesn't give me any error message or crash log. I'm running Windows 8 and have already tried running the game in compatibility mode for all of them and Uninstalling-reinstalling. I generally get good FPS while playing normally, considering I have a BEAST of a gaming PC.My specs:Intel Core i5 3570KGigabyte GTX670 Windforce 3X8Gb ram.

Though freezes appear when Chrome is shut down too. I happen to have Battlelog plugin installed. Could there be a connection?

well you could try this, unistall the game, unistall all browser (like google chrome and firefox) re-install the game, after i uninstalled chrome and reinstalled game i had no problems 🙂

I've had the same problem. Reinstalling everything did nothing, and what's worse is that the first time I played it worked fine. Everytime after that it crashes within 10 minutes.
