Need For Speed Most Wanted Save Files Gone. Cloud Error

Need For Speed Most Wanted Hello, my need for speed most wanted save files are missing from origin cloud. All my progress are gone. Is it possible to retry those files? Please help! Thank you.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON

IN NEED FOR SEED MOST WANTED THE CLOUD HAS DELETED ALL MY PROGRESS, MISIONS AND MY MOVIE LEGEND PACK 

AND I'VE LOST ALL MY CARS

WHEN I TURN ON THE GAME IS GETING ME FROM THE BEGINING 

HELP ME FAST PLEASE!
