Need for Speed No Limits - Missing gold and unique vinyl.

I recent completed the Fractal Flux event and the gold I spent on loan was never returned after the event nor did I got the unique vinyl. I spent over 2400 gold on parts and the Fractal Flux vinyl is still locked.
