Need for speed no limits chapter 15 event 9 ( lockdown race )

I think there is error or develpor make kind of joke , i have Lambg.sv with PR.835 shown easy race indicator but when i hit 1 cope, and BMW reaching the end point , after 200 try cant beat him, without hit easy to win, even i hit BMW and try to win then last point he become again win there is problem with PR or that BMW otherwise there is no issue,
