NEED FOR SPEED NO LIMITS DOES NOT LOAD ON IPAD 2

Hi,

just downloaded NFS No Limits on my iPad 2 and it installed successfully however when attempting to load the game it gets to the title screen and in the bottom right corner a loading circle spins and that's it. Left the game for at least 10 minutes to see if it is just loading slow but no joy, it doesn't load. Does anyone know if this game might be too new to run on a older iPad (version 2) or perhaps there is some issue or bug causing this?

Any advice welcome.

Dude, it happened exactly the same thing to me. I have an iPad mini, and when I tried to open the game, it just stayed there "loading". I gave it 30 minutes and it just did not do anything. I really don't know if this happens in all iPads or what the *... But I hope someone can help about it, cause EA said to me "delete it and install it again. Reset the iPad" and so other things that didn't help. And then they said "well, I don't know what's going on then"... Well, good luck, we'll need it

As long as your device meets the following requirements you should be able to play: iOS 6.1 or later (Compatible with iPhone 4, iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPad and iPod touch).

I was doing great in the Snoop Dogg challenge but sadly the game doesn't load anymore.
20 minutes and it still doesn't get past the load screen.
My operating system is up to date. (9.0.2.)

Does it mean that the game is not compatible with, for example, iPad mini or iPad 2...? Because that's pretty sad... Anyway, thank you

I'm on the ipad4 on 8.4 been running perfect for the last few week, went to play tonight and iv lost everything, my levels reset all my purchases,gold, cars gone. Tried logging out and back in, still nothing.

Same thing happened to me. I was playing for a few weeks and then all of a sudden the game won't load anymore. All I get is the logo screen with the spinning loader at the bottom. I'm running iPad mini 2 w/ iOS 9.0.2. EA PLEASE FIX!

Need For Speed No Limits works fine with my iPod Touch 5th generation on iOS 9.1. The game loads properly for me.
@gothikstar12 Were you previously logged in Game Center while playing No Limits? If you were, then you could recover your No Limits game data.

EA need to address this issue with its Apple software since it's clearly not just iPad devices. I have a iPhone 6 and this just happened to me today, I've been playing this game problem free for a few weeks now and all of a sudden I open the app and it wouldn't load past the "need for speed no limits" screen. I tried everything from shutting down my phone to waiting a long time thinking it was downloading new content but nothing works.

Please let us know if there is a solution without deleting the app and losing all our data
