Need for speed not downloading ps5

only reason I bought ea pass is for need for speed , not heat not run not w/e else just (need for speed) the game will not let me download HELPPP

I think what it is is that 2015 nfs is too buggy and y’all discontinued it or something on ps5? Idk but I wish I would have known I want an ea access refund but I don’t see it happening everytime I call there “too busy”
