Need for Speed Payback decal issues

All decals and paint jobs are working exceptionally, except for one vehicle. My Nissan 350z is having trouble with any decal on the hood. There is a weird splotch part that renders invisible to any decal I put on the hood. I’ve tried deleting the decal, closing out of the game and reopening it, reconnecting to my WiFi, and restarting my PS5 console. I just can’t seem to figure it out. I’ve attached some pictures of the problem I’m having, just really want to get it figured out.
