Need For Speed Payback Download Issue

Hello I bought Need For Speed Payback on disc and will not let me download, it gets to 13.088 gb of the  17 gb download and then exits download screen and comes up with pause button on the app and i am unable to complete the download. I have rebooted my PS4 and attempted to download it again , with the same results. 

I would appreciate any assistance that you can provide to complete download of the game.
