need for speed payback has black screen wont load

need for speed payback will not load anymore.

i launch the game and there is no sound only black screen and origin fps counter in the corner reading about 5000fps. if i leave the game open for about 2 mins it will close by its self and give me no error at all. i have tried launching in windowed mode and updating drivers. i have i5 6600k and an AMD rx470 any ideas how to fix this. ???
