Need for speed payback pre order

hello all, I have pre ordered need for speed payback deluxe edition on the PS4 and i had some questions regarding the download. I am not sure about other platforms but on PS4 the game has downloade...

Hi, I guess that the Platinum car and High Roller packs are "unlocked" in november 7.
