Need For Speed Payback Speedcross not free with the deluxe edition

Waddup, I Pre-ordered nfs payback deluxe edition back when it got announced, and it said that future DLC is free for deluxe owners, but today when i wanted to play the Speedcross DLC, i couldn't. ...

    An issue has been resolved on PS4 where Deluxe and Deluxe Upgrade players were not seeing Speedcross as being free.

    At this time, all Deluxe and Deluxe Upgrade players should see Speedcross as a free download, can you all please confirm this?

    I had to use the PC way to download it, however when i enter the game no events show up and the new cars says i need a car pack. (I downloaded all three of the DLC's multiple times)

    Is there anything i can do?h

    I Downloaded it. But it only downloads the Mini Countryman car not the whole package. So i can get the Mini but i dont see any speedcross events on my map.. plz help

    Still doesn't work on Xbox One. Please fix this, I'm pretty pissed with EA right now.

    I have the deluxe edition of Need for Speed Payback and still cannot get free upgrade for speedcross it says I need to pay $7.99. Please advise how I am going to get this

    Hi i bought nfs payback around a week ago, the deluxe edition and till the moment hsvent seen any speedcross events. Do i have to progress more? Thanks

    Okay EA, I swear to God, am I the the only one in the dang world for whom it doesn't work. I am on PC and the DLC is not free.

    DAY 16,

    Still can't play speedcross for reasons unknown, the price is still $7,99, no matter what I write in the search box

    Hi EA, I have the same issue with Xbox One X. I bought the deluxe edition but it is not giving me the Speedcross DLC for free. How to fix?  Also using the PC Xbox store does not fix the problem.

    Update: 

    Not sure if this is a solution for everyone. I found two packages in the xbox store (on PC). One is called "Speedcross Story Bundle" and the other one is called "Speedcross Story" only.  For the bundle the shop wanted to charge 7,99 Euros the Speedcross Story was available for free as part of deluxe :-) 

    Important: I need to enter "speedcross" in the search field of the xbox store. (without need for speed and / or story). Only then it was showing me the free version as part of the deluxe package.

    I looked at xbox store and indeed it is free however like me and a lot of ps4 players will notice thisbisnt tge case for ps4 there is only one box and u have tk pay7,99 for it ea says they fixed this but they havent i have the deluxe edition and completed the game already and it stil aint there

    What about Xbox one I’ve been playing and me not my have had it pop up and we both own the deluxe edition
