During the Highway Heist you simply just make consistent contact with them and they slowly lose hp and will crash out once the meter is gone.
@djbeaudry83Yeah true. Never focus on making your opponent/cops crash. They always crash into you like maniacs and do damage to themselves.
Always fcous on making the next checkpoint as fast as possible.
