Need for Speed Payback (terrible) russian voice acting

Good day! I just wanted to ask if there will be english voice acting in NFS payback russian version? Cuz usually EA put only russian voice acting in NFS games and its awful to listen. So cuz of that my wish to pre-order the game just flies away. I mean it could be at least option to download english voices just like in DA: Inquisition, to get many people satisfied.
